How can I order?

If you like an article in our webshop and you would like to have a look at it in our showroom, then please call in advance in our showroom to make sure that this article is in stock. Unfortunately, due to our large assortment and our small but cozy showroom, we do not stock all the items in our online shop.

In our webshop: You can rummage in our webshop, and send your order via the shopping cart. The ordering process is very clear and simple. As confirmation of your order you will then receive an e-mail notification from us. Have fun ordering at: www.kleines-schuhwerk.at

How can I pay?

The following payment options are available:

PayPal: You pay by credit card to the neutral company Paypal. We will then be informed by Paypal about the receipt of payment. Your account details will not be forwarded to us. All your operations are password protected.

Credit Card: We accept Visa and Mastercard . Settlement is done through a third party. We will then be informed of the receipt of payment. Your credit card details will not be forwarded to us. All your operations are electronically protected.

Sofortüberweisung: The settlement is done by a third party. We will be informed about the payment. Your bank details will not be forwarded to us. All your operations are electronically protected.

Prepayment: After you have completed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with our bank details. Please pay your outstanding amount to the following account at Oberbank:
Hinterleitner & Neumann OG, IBAN = AT191500000501229421, BIC = OBKLAT2L. Once your payment reaches us, we will ship your order immediately.

Coupon code: On your gift certificate or coupon, you'll find a number that you need to enter when ordering. Depending on the amount of your gift voucher or the amount of the discount, this sum will be charged immediately. Before completing the order process, make sure the coupon code is actually activated.

What are the shipping costs and how long do I have to wait for my order?

  • Within Austria, shipping costs 4.90 EUR - we deliver free shipping for orders over 29.- EUR. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.
  • Shipping to Germany costs 9,90 EUR - for an order total of 29.- EUR we deliver free shipping. The delivery time is usually 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.
  • Shipping to EU countries and Switzerland costs 14,90 EUR. The delivery time is usually 5-10 working days after receipt of payment.
  • Shipping worldwide costs 19.90 EUR. The delivery time is usually 10 working days after receipt of payment.

How do I return or exchange an item?

14 days money back:

You have the right to return items purchased within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Step 1: How do I return merchandise?

With your order, you have received from us via e-mail notification a revocation declaration attached. Please fill these in and send them to hallo@kleines-schuhwerk.at . Print them out and put them in your package / box you want to send back.

Step 2: Make your package ready to ship:

As already mentioned above, please put the revocation declaration, as well as the shoes / shoe that did not fit, into the package. We do not pay paid returns, so this is to pay yourself. On request, we can organize the most economical shipping option for you to Austria.

Step 3: Delivery Address

Please send the complete return delivery to the following address:

Step 4: Done! Receipt of the returned goods in the small footwear / credit

Once the goods have arrived, you will receive a credit from us (depending on the payment method).

Change / new delivery

If you have a new delivery, e.g. in a different size or color, please order in our online shop. So you can see immediately whether the desired article is still available. You can secure your copy immediately, if only small stocks are in stock. Please send us back the goods that do not fit (= see instructions above) and order a new one.
