Shipping and return
Your order will be shipped the next working day after receipt of payment and delivered with GLS with order tracking and delivery with signature. We will send you a link for the shipment tracking.
The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees, as well as the postage costs. The loading charges are fixed. We advise you to summarize several articles in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and shipping costs are calculated separately for each order.
The shipping boxes are cut wide and their goods are packed well protected.
If no other period is specified in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Austria takes place within 1 - 3 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 10 days after order confirmation (with agreed advance payment after the time of your money order).
Please note that on Sundays and public holidays delivery is not possible. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
Unfortunately, a shoe did not fit? You want to send us something back or exchange something? No problem! We accompany you on the way to an uncomplicated return!
14 days return policy:
You have the right to return items purchased within 14 days after receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
Step 1: How do I return goods?
With your order, you have sent us by e-mail notification a revocation in the attachment. Please fill these out and send them to email@example.com, print them out additionally and put them in your package / box that you want to send back.
Step 2: Make your package ready to ship
As mentioned above, please put the revocation statement and the items that did not fit with the package. We do not cover the costs of the return shipment, so this is to be paid by yourself.
Step 3: Delivery address

Step 4: Done! Receipt of the returned goods in the small footwear / credit
As soon as the goods have arrived, you will receive a credit from us (depending on the payment method).
Exchanges / redelivery
If you have a new delivery, e.g. in a different size or color, please order in our online shop. So you can see immediately whether the desired article is still available. You can secure your copy immediately, if only small stocks are in stock. Please send us the non-matching goods back (= see instructions above) and order easily new.
